We just received an EB-1A approval for a computer scientist, which was submitted on 07/26/2011 and was approved on 10/04/2011.

We received an NIW approval for a scientist in EE and CE, which was submitted on 04/1/2011 and was approved on 09/14/2011.

We received another NIW approval today, which was submitted on 05/16/2011 and was approved on 08/30/2011.

5 new case approvals

5 new approvals added in August, 2011 including an EB-1B, a NIW, a H-1B, and two I-485s.

We received a NIW approval (filed on May 6, 2011) today. Hurray!

Another NIW case filed on 11/22/2010 was approved by TSC today.

Two new EB-1A approvals!

We received two EB-1A approvals today (one was filed to TSC on 11/22/10 and the other was filed to TSC on 06/10/11 with PP request).

New case approvals.

We have a new EB-1B case (pp) approved (filed on 7/22/11 and approved on 8/2/11), and have received an email notice regarding another approval of our EB-1A case (filed on 11/23/10 and approved on 8/10/11). Also received two green card approval for EB-2 based on PERM (filed on 10/18/07 with priority date on 3/9/07, and approved on 8/4/11). Another two H-1Bs were also approved (one was filed on 5/5/11 and approved on 7/5/11; the other was filed on 5/6/11 and approved on 7/26/11).
